Chiropractic medicine is an oxymoron. Chiropractic is the discipline of natural health and wellness care and medicine is the discipline of prescribing drugs and medication.
The two disciplines can be complementary but they are vastly different in application. One works with health and one works with disease.
Chiropractic medicine might be found in a hospital or clinic where drugs and surgery are used but a chiropractic practitioner is practicing chiropractic or is practicing outside his or her legal limits.
The rational approach is to use chiropractic for health and prevention and to resort to medicine when disease prevails.
