Health and Wellness ~ Men's Health
"Two health issues men could improve on are hormone function and emotions."
I'm not kidding.
Male hormones diminish in their production and activity over time. Men get sore, slow, and cranky. And what do they do?
Nothing, really. They sit more, watch more, and complain more. I know, I am one.
But they don't have to follow this slow, pathetic path. Men can actually take a
part in their health care and do some things proactive.
Like exercise. They used to do this when they were young but stopped for some
reason or another and never did get back into it.
Like eat better. They never did this so this activity might be a stretch but
better now than right after the crisis.
Like neutralize emotional conflicts that they have had...forever. These
conflicts never go away but instead sit there and brew then take over at the
most inconvienient times.
Men's health is more of a challenge for them than a woman and her health. Women
find more time to take care of themselves, regardless of family
responsibilities, work responsibilities, or personal responsibilities. And women
tend to live 7-8 years longer than men.
Men, take heed and begin living for your health.
