goals about health and wellness into your life and acting on them.

Where do you get your inspiration and direction? From the television?
Where do you get your health information? From the internet?
You need a personal plan, an individual program designed just for you.
Begin by taking inventory of your health status.
Do you sleep well?
Do you wake up in pain or are you tired after you awake?
Are you full of energy or do you have sluggish times throughout the day?
Do you eat foods that are life-sustaining?
Do you drink liquids that bath and support your body functions?
Are you moving with life or hardly moving?
Have you had injuries that are still a problem for you?
Do you have a family history of illness?
What are you doing to improve your health right now?
What do you need to stop doing so your health will improve?
