Pain & Symptoms - Leg Pain
"Leg pain can be caused by nerve pressure in the back, vascular problems in the leg,
nutritional depletion such as calcium and magnesium, or any other trauma."
One of the most common leg pains is called restless leg. It is a combination of nutritional problems and is related to stress.
Instead of taking pain medication, why not find out the cause of leg pain and get the problem fixed. Each set of causes takes
a specific kind of treatment. It all depends on what the cause is.
How far down the leg does the pain go? Is the pain in the entire leg? Is it more painful in morning or afternoon?
Does the pain involve the entire leg, the front, or back of leg?
Does the pain increase at night or increase during or after walking?
Take some time to find out yourself what kind of leg pain you are experiencing. You'll be so much further
to getting the problem corrected than if you jump to the latest medication.
